Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Pocket Production Sdn Bhd ("Cineflow", "we", "us"), the operator of the Cineflow app and the cineflow.my websites. By creating an account or watching on Cineflow, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Your account

• You need to be 18 or older to create an account, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• You sign in with a mobile number you own. You're responsible for activity on your account, so keep your phone and the one-time codes we send you to yourself.
• One account is for one person. Don't share, sell or transfer it.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account.

Free episodes and membership

• The first episodes of each drama are free to watch. The remaining episodes need an active membership.
• Website memberships are one-time payments, processed by CHIP, for a fixed period: for example a day, a week, a month or a year. They don't renew automatically. If you buy while a membership is still active, the new period starts when the current one ends.
• App Store and Google Play purchases are billed and managed by Apple or Google under their own terms, including how renewals and cancellations work.
• Prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) before you pay. We may change prices for future purchases, but never for a period you've already paid for.
• A membership unlocks the dramas available on Cineflow during its period. The catalogue changes over time, and we can't promise that a particular drama will stay available.

Refunds

A membership starts as soon as payment succeeds, so purchases are generally non-refundable. If you were charged twice, or paid but your membership didn't activate, email [email protected] within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded through their own refund processes. Nothing here limits your rights under Malaysian consumer law.

Using our content

The dramas, artwork and other content on Cineflow belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to stream them in the Cineflow app for your own non-commercial viewing. You must not:

• download, screen-record, copy or redistribute episodes;
• get around membership checks, region limits or other protections;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools on the service;
• show Cineflow content publicly or charge others to watch it.

Comments

You're responsible for the comments you post. Keep them respectful. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit, and don't post other people's personal information, spam or advertising. You keep ownership of what you write, but you allow us to show it in the app. We may remove comments and suspend accounts that break these rules. To report a comment or a user, email [email protected].

Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses payments, or puts other viewers or the service at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why first. If we close your account without you breaking these terms, we'll refund the unused part of any website membership.

The service

We work to keep Cineflow running smoothly, but streaming depends on your connection and on third-party services, so we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop the service altogether, we'll refund the unused part of any website membership.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under Malaysian law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app when the change is significant. If you keep using Cineflow after the change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Malaysia.
